The name Muditā comes from Sanskrit and refers to the joy we feel when others thrive — a deep, vicarious happiness rooted in connection and compassion. A reflection of Muditā’s ethos: people first, always. Here, we feel joy when our people succeed. We believe in building meaningful relationships, amplifying underrepresented voices, and co-creating work that feels both purposeful and personal.
