All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled.
Tickets are issued electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that their contact information is accurate and that they have received their tickets.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting us at helene@mudita.agency prior to the event.
Event details, including time, venue, lineup, and program, are subject to change. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase and will be offered a full refund.
